Resilience Circles are a small-group experience for ministry leaders who want to grow in resilience, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with what sustains them.

Not a Course. A Circle.

In this 8-month, cohort-based experience, you’ll:

  • Increase your ability to manage stress and conflict
  • Build emotional and spiritual resilience
  • Cultivate deeper self-compassion
  • Strengthen relationships through listening and feedback
  • Create meaning from pain, pressure, and transition
Who Should Join a Resilience Circle?

This is a space for leaders who want to grow. Not by doing more, but by becoming more grounded and whole. Past participants have included:

  • Pastors and chaplains
  • Nonprofit and community leaders
  • Educators and therapists
  • Healthcare professionals
  • Individuals in transition or recovery from burnout

Resilience Circles are kept small to encourage trust, depth, and meaningful connection.

With just 8 participants, each person has space to be seen, heard, and supported. This intimacy allows for honest reflection, deeper listening, and the kind of growth that doesn’t happen in larger groups.

If the first class fills quickly, we will accept registrations for a second class that will be held on the same dates but from either 12-2pm or 3-5pm. You will be notified after registration if this applies to you. 

Coaching sessions can be added on to your Circle for $300 for 3 one-on-one sessions

We value both thoughts and feelings as valuable pieces of information that inform one another, and inform our learning and discerning together. iv. Be in the here and now (not mentally somewhere or some time else), with the people who are sharing their time and stories with you. Eliminate any distractions possible.
