Beth is wildly interested in community, communications, and building healthier organizations. After 20+ years developing new churches with Vineyard USA, she pivoted to working with other human-centered organizations.
Beth currently serves as a strategist and consultant for Alford Creative and orgPOP, where she works closely with executive leaders to increase their impact. In her role at the Center, Beth’s primary focus is on developing relationships with regional denominational partners in order to keep them informed, equipped, and engaged with the Center.
Beth’s academic pursuits hint at her love of interdisciplinary learning. She holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Culture from the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, Bachelor’s Degree in Music, English and Women’s Studies, certificates in Organizational Development and Spiritual Direction, and a diploma from Vineyard Leadership Institute.
Beth is a PNW transplant, which now serves as home base for her other pursuits as a writer, casual musician, avid road-tripper, and lover of big, fat, rich conversations.
