If you or your team are seeking more personal and professional support, we invite you to reach out for cohort participation, or for coaching or consulting services. We go beyond traditional leadership training to cultivate resilience and belonging for pastors and Christian leaders in the midst of challenging social and cultural contexts.

We guide and empower leaders and teams to transform their service to God and neighbor in their local contexts—and in the process, to be transformed themselves—through cohorts, coaching, and consulting. We also offer consulting services for Thriving in Ministry and Thriving Congregations projects.
