How Leaders Circles Work
Format: Live online. Convener shares content to frame the conversation and facilitates conversation. Note: This is offered only as a single group. There is no large group, and no other conveners or participants are seen. The entire program’s content is run by the Convener.
Duration: 12 months
Cohort Size: 5-8 participants + 1 Convener
Time: 2-hour meeting, once/a month. Estimated 2 hour prep time in between.
Cost: $1200
Add-ons: Coaching, Spiritual Direction, Team Consult $300 for three 50-minute sessions
