Church leadership training for pastors, clergy, and lay leaders
Through our spring and fall catalog, pastors, clergy, and lay leaders can choose church leadership training that fits their season of life and ministry. Each course, cohort, and workshop is designed to help you reflect deeply, practice new skills in community, and grow as a resilient leader for your congregation and the communities you serve. Our offerings include resilience cohorts, trauma-informed leadership training, preaching courses, and organizational development workshops, all created for church and ministry leaders navigating complex, post-Christendom contexts.
